Ensure the safety of your employees

All employers have to comply with health and safety legislation, starting with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. Depending on the type of business you run, there can be up to 30 other pieces of health and safety legislation you need to know about and comply with. Also, new and revised regulations are coming into force every year.

  • Written risk assessments for the work you do
  • Policy on control of the health and safety risks in your business

  • Managing safety on construction sites
  • Manual handling
  • Use of computers
  • Fire safety and fire risk assessment

  • Young persons, new or expectant mothers
